GrandMfg® Brass Oil Level Sight Glass Window Plugs
These plugs are constructed from solid brass for a sturdy design or rely on brass-free materials for the body. Different types of O-rings, such as Viton, FKM, FPM, NBR, and Aramid gasket, along with copper seals, may be added. The appropriate glass thickness takes range between 2mm and 8mm, while the glass type may be natural, tempered, or borosilicate. The choice of flat glass or domed glass is also available, and the plugs offer resist temperatures ranging from -40C to 180C while providing a pressure range of 5-50 Bar (1MPa and 5 MPa).
Threads include NPT, NPTF, UNC, UNF, metric, and BSP (G thread). Stainless steel 304 reflectors may be added, as well as same-as-body brass reflectors; float balls may also be included. Different sizes can be chosen, and OEMs are always welcome.
